At fourteen, Talena received a cheap red guitar for Christmas & wasted no time getting started. She joined a band with a few of her friends & later decided that they weren't as dedicated as she was. The band never had practice & eventually broke up.

Two years later, Talena acquired a drum set. Determined to play, she joined a London band. This time she actually got to play at a show, but was booted later. After she had made many attempts to form a band she decided to give up for awhile.

In October 99, Talena received a phone call from a friend, (Mercedes Lander, of course) who was the drummer for a local band called Kittie. She asked Talena if she'd be interested in being their new bassist(Tanya had split). Talena had always been a good friend & supporter of the band so she mastered the bass & began to play in one of the best new acts to arrive on the metal scene.

Now, Talena is no longer a member of Kittie & there's still no news of her career in the music business yet. Will she play again ? There's no doubt. . .

Fallon Bowman

Miss Bowman was born in South Africa & is Dutch/Indonesian(for those who were curious). She's a vegan & loves peanut butter. She also is a big fan of Kurt Cobain & is into politics, history, & the music scene of course.

Fallon was self taught with guitar & started the band Kittie with her friends Morgan & Mercedes in '97. They were the original members.

At age 17, She decided to leave the band because of personal reasons. Many rumours spread, such as, she left because of medical reasons, she could no longer play the guitar well because of problems with her hand, & that she became pregnant. Another rumour was that the members of Kittie thought her fascination with the Columbine incident was inappropriate. These rumours are not true. She had personal problems with the band's management & just felt she needed to get out. She no longer gets along with the Lander sisters as well but is still good friends with the other ex-members(Talena & Tanya).
